We do this by using a four step process starting with evaluating your current program and ending with educating your employees how best to utilize the benefits they have. We take a consultant approach in helping our clients and develop strategies to sustain your program for the long term.
In addition, we are experts in tax advantaged programs such as Section 125, HSA, HRA, and FSA. We will look for every opportunity to maximize your benefit dollar.
We are also privileged to work with both the Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) and the Kentucky League of Cities (KLC) as authorized benefit providers in Southern Kentucky. We currently help a large number of City and County government manage their employee benefits programs.
