The Franklin-Simpson Community Arts Council has a rich 20+ year history in our community. The Arts Council goal is to be involved in promoting all forms of the arts for the education and enjoyment of the residence of Simpson County. The Arts Council presents several stage productions using local talent each year. These may include a musical, dinner theatre, and high school play. These productions give our community residents an opportunity to express themselves on stage. In some instances we bring professional groups and artists to Franklin, Ky.
